Vegeethouse

Vegeethouse is a small, family-founded vegetarian restaurant and bistro in Jičín, established in 2014 by Kateřina Rálková and her husband. Its cooking focuses on fresh ingredients, homemade dishes and varied, lighter meals, prepared without added glutamates or chemical additives. The kitchen seeks to use local foods and suppliers, drawing inspiration from cuisines around the world as well as Ayurvedic and Chinese traditions. The menu is intended to appeal to a broad range of diners, including people with allergies or food intolerances and those who enjoy healthy eating.

On weekdays, guests can choose from several buffet-style lunch dishes and salads, with at least one vegan and gluten-free option. Other offerings include baked tortillas, homemade kimchi and vegan and non-vegan cakes. Meals can be packed to take away, and delivery to homes or offices is arranged through FoodyGo. Vegeethouse also provides catering for occasions such as weddings and festivals, and runs small-group cooking courses covering healthy vegetarian and vegan food, seasonal cooking and international flavours. The restaurant is open for weekday lunches.
