PatiBase is a free Turkish pet-community platform bringing together animal adoption listings, lost-and-found pet reports, and a directory of pet-friendly businesses in one place, available across all 81 provinces of Turkey via web and mobile app (iOS/Android). The platform explicitly does not permit pet sales — it exists purely for adoption of cats and dogs seeking homes, sourced from volunteers, shelters, and municipalities (its first official partnership is with the Fethiye Municipality Animal Care Home).

Beyond adoption, PatiBase addresses the urgent problem of lost pets, emphasizing that the first 24 hours are critical, and lets users publish a lost-pet listing in under a minute with photo, neighborhood, and contact details, shareable instantly to WhatsApp neighborhood groups. A companion "found animal" reporting flow helps reunite pets with owners through automatic matching.

The platform also hosts a business directory of over 16,900 verified and crowd-sourced listings — including nearly 9,700 veterinary clinics, close to 6,950 pet shops, and around 290 grooming salons — searchable by map, alongside a breed guide covering 221 cat and dog breeds detailing temperament, grooming needs, and health considerations.

A social layer lets every pet have its own public profile where owners can share photos, 24-hour "stories," and follow other pet owners' posts. The mobile app adds practical health tools: a digital health record, vaccine and medication reminders, and NFC tag support to help prevent pets from getting lost in the first place. PatiBase also publishes an educational blog covering topics like parasite prevention schedules and toxic plants for cats and dogs. The service is entirely free, charging no commission on adoptions or listings, and is expanding partnerships with municipalities, shelters, and animal welfare associations across Turkey.
