The diabetic community often faces neglect in certain areas, and while there are solutions available, the shortage of expert doctors and specialists, combined with the overwhelming amount of information online, makes it difficult for diabetics to navigate their condition and become truly informed. As healthcare undergoes significant changes and the shortage of doctors increases, more responsibility is falling on preventive care providers. Our mission is to catch complications early and support these providers in delivering specialized care with an end-to-end digital documentation and client management tool. At MEROVA Health, we're pioneering the future of preventive care with our innovative digital documentation system, tailored initially for foot care professionals such as medical pedicurists, podologists, and podiatrists. Our software is designed to enhance the daily operations of these professionals, improving patient outcomes and supporting a team-based approach to healing. Launched in November 2023, our system is continuously evolving to meet the needs of the industry, with plans to expand across Europe soon. We believe that early detection plays a crucial role in preventing diabetes complications and millions of deaths yearly. That's why our mission goes beyond foot care; we aim to reduce the burden on healthcare systems by advancing preventive care practices, targeting nutritionists, dietitians, nurses, therapeutic masseurs, and physiotherapists.
