About VEKS
Welcome to VEKS, the preferred partner in energy collaboration, delivering efficient and sustainable energy solutions while maintaining and expanding our customer base. As the Vestegnens Kraftvarmeselskab, our main focus is on offering innovative technologies that contribute to meeting national climate goals. One of our strategic initiatives for future green energy production is New Technologies, which will help us achieve these goals.
Additionally, we are actively involved in CC- and PtX-projects. At VEKS, we prioritize inclusivity and demonstrate social responsibility through new initiatives. We also collaborate with Albertslund Forsyning to achieve automated export and continuously expand Køge and Tranegilde Fjernvarme, two of our distribution networks.
Our organization is structured into three areas: Transmission, Production, and Distribution, all working together to provide secure, efficient, and eco-friendly district heating.
