Velares

Velares is a personal concierge service in Barcelona that helps visitors and residents arrange the right places, people and details for their plans. Rather than leaving clients to sift through endless options, the team learns what they need, researches suitable choices and coordinates directly with venues and trusted collaborators. Services cover dining and nightlife, hotels and longer stays, airport transfers and private drivers, local experiences, personal styling and shopping, sourcing gifts or hard-to-find items, and celebrations.

Velares can also assist with requests such as private chefs, wellness activities, yacht or helicopter arrangements where available, and other special needs. The process begins with a request outlining preferences, timing and budget; Velares then recommends options, handles reservations and keeps clients informed. The service highlights local knowledge, discreet support and help with last-minute plans, with a stated response time of two hours.

Pricing starts at €50 per request, and Velares says it offers a refund if it cannot deliver. Its aim is to make Barcelona plans feel personal, practical and smoothly coordinated
