Velasquez Motorsports is a family-supported racing team built around a long-standing passion for dirt-track competition. The team’s story began in 1999, when Thomas dreamed of racing a Dwarf car and having fun on the track. That original ambition continues to guide the group as it develops its racing program and looks ahead to new opportunities.
The team’s 2025 season was shorter than planned after schedule changes mid-year. Its events included the Bud Nationals at Bakersfield Speedway and other races. Velasquez Motorsports also highlights the strength and experience of the Southern California racing community, noting Nick as the 2025 champion. Ian continued to improve, while Tommy returned to the driver’s seat in June after taking a year away from racing.
Looking toward 2026, the team plans to build on its progress and broaden the places where it competes. Its website shares schedules, race galleries, sponsor information, statistics, and videos, with live video content available through T3 Motorsports on YouTube. Velasquez Motorsports thanks supporters and invites them to follow its evolving plans.
