Velo Bühl

Velo Bühl is an independent bicycle shop founded by Markus Pietsch, who turned a long-standing personal passion for cycling into his profession. After beginning work in a bicycle workshop in 2019, Markus opened his own store in January 2023. The business supports cyclists with repairs for all bicycles, regardless of manufacturer or where they were purchased, as well as thorough maintenance and inspections to help keep bikes safe and ready to ride.

Customers looking for a bicycle can receive individual advice and help finding a suitable option. Velo Bühl also organizes weekly group rides by road bike or mountain bike, with current schedules shared on Instagram. As a Rose service partner, the shop provides maintenance and repair support for Rose bicycle owners. Velo Bühl works with several bicycle leasing providers, including JobRad, Bikeleasing, Eurorad and Deutsche Dienstrad, and also cooperates with Wertgarantie. Its sustainability efforts include collecting used tires and returning them to Schwalbe for recycling and reintegration into the materials cycle.
