Velo Baltic

Velo Baltic is a cycling event series organized by the Foundation for the Promotion of Sport, bringing races and cycling activities to towns across northern Poland, particularly the West Pomeranian region. Created after the successful Tour de Koszalin event in 2020, the initiative aims to encourage healthy, active living and make cycling accessible to people of different ages. Its events bring residents and visiting riders together, promote host cities, and highlight cycling as a low-emission form of recreation.

Velo Baltic organizes road cycling races and gravel events, including Polish Gravel Cycling Championships and themed competitions. Its calendar has featured multi-stage races in locations such as Szczecinek, Połczyn-Zdrój, Białogard, Słupsk, Koszalin, and Karlino. The foundation also arranges cycling rides connected with public commemorations, publishes event news and results, and invites businesses to explore sponsorship opportunities. Through its competitions and community activities, Velo Baltic supports participation in sport while showcasing local destinations and the region’s cycling routes.
