Velocity Baseball is a baseball and athletic development facility in Lorton, Virginia, focused on helping players improve through individualized, data-informed training. Its 5,000-square-foot facility serves athletes at different stages, from young players learning the game to high school athletes and those pursuing college or professional opportunities. Training begins with an individual assessment and onboarding process, then coaches build and adjust plans based on each athlete’s measurements and progress. Technology including Trackman, HitTrax, and force plates helps provide objective feedback, while the coaching approach emphasizes honest communication, consistency, and accountability.

Velocity offers baseball development programs, hitting and pitching instruction, fielding and catching training, softball training, team training, and cage rentals. Athletes can also access pitching mounds, a weight room, and a range of training equipment. The organization’s coaches bring experience from Division I and III programs, professional organizations, and national teams. Rather than focusing on isolated lessons, Velocity promotes structured, year-round development, with progress measured over time and plans adapted to each athlete’s needs.
