About Velo Nation USA
Velo Nation USA is a travel baseball and softball organization based in Tallahassee, Florida, serving players ages 8Uā17U from Leon County, the Big Bend, the Panhandle, and South Georgia. Its program brings athletes, families, and coaches together around player development, teamwork, character, and competitive opportunity. The organization fields seven baseball teams and three softball teams, led by experienced coaches, including high school, middle school, and former college coaches.
Teams train at Southern Ball Academy, a private Tallahassee facility with a full-size 60/90 baseball infield. Players also receive five individual lessons each season with Coach Colby Beck or Coach Mike Beasley. Competition ranges from local and regional events to tournaments through Perfect Game, USSSA, Travel Ball USA, and North Florida Baseball. Velo Nation also offers 12U teams a Cooperstown Dreams Park opportunity.
The season fee covers tournament entry, gate and umpire fees, uniforms, team equipment and supplies, excess accident medical coverage, and individual lessons.
