Inspired by Nordic wellness, it offers 115 luxury residences, with homes and homesites starting at $3 million. Buyers can choose estate homesites, where they select an architect and builder; modern chalets; or signature residences with curated floor plans and finishes. Homes include wellness-focused features such as circadian lighting and air and water filtration. Rentals are permitted, subject to minimum stays that vary by property type.

Every owner receives membership in Club Velvære, with access to two private clubhouses.
