Velvet House is a collection of distinctive, fully equipped holiday homes set in nature, designed for guests seeking space, privacy, and a slower pace. Its retreats are positioned within two hours of major cities and offer the countryside as their only close neighbour. Current locations include a four-bedroom house with three bathrooms in Le Vaudoué, near the Fontainebleau Forest, and a two-bedroom house with one bathroom in Anneville, in the Boucles de Seine area. The homes welcome couples, families, friends, remote workers, and creative guests, with thoughtful design, carefully selected furnishings, hotel-quality bedding, and well-equipped kitchens.

Each stay includes amenities and activities such as a sauna, cold bath, bicycles, games, and, depending on the house, a boat and outdoor recreation. A welcome basket provides essentials for breakfast, while the on-site Velvet Shop offers drinks, snacks, and merchandise. Guests can also arrange tailored services, including a private chef, massage, yoga, childcare, and activities such as riding or climbing.
