Veras Goodies is a brand that creates delicious and nutritious treats with added value. Our goodies are gluten-free, refined sugar-free, raw, vegan, and soy-free, and they are carefully crafted with love. We prioritize the use of organic products whenever possible and emphasize seasonal and regional ingredients.
Unlike conventional baked goods made with sugar, flour, and eggs, our Superfood Goodies are a whole different experience. They are perfect for health-conscious individuals and those with dietary restrictions, but they are also loved by anyone with a sweet tooth. Our goodies can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or stored in the freezer for 4 months.
They can be enjoyed by thawing them in the refrigerator or savoring them as cake-like ice cream after a short wait. We are proud to offer treats that are free from industrial sugar. Instead, we use natural sweeteners such as organic dates and maple syrup.
Our alternatives provide your body with more than just empty calories, as they contain fiber, minerals (such as magnesium, potassium, zinc, and iron), and vitamins. Additionally, these sweeteners have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and a lower glycemic index, making them a better choice for diabetics. Gluten is a type of protein found in wheat, barley, spelt, and other grains.
For those who need to limit their gluten intake, our goodies are a great option. We don't use flour in our RAW CAKES; instead, we use nuts, seeds, and buckwheat to create delicious and gluten-free treats. At Veras Goodies, we are committed to offering a raw and vegan experience.
Our ingredients are unprocessed and plant-based, with no additives, enhancers, or artificial flavors. We don't need ovens in our production process, as all the ingredients are blended raw or heated at a maximum temperature of 42°C. Our Cheezecake creams, made from soaked cashews, result in a variety of creamy and flavorful RAW CAKES.
