Verbindung mit Herz

Verbindung mit Herz is Daniela’s holistic practice offering compassionate support to women, expectant mothers and mothers through life’s transitions. A doula, yoga teacher, Reiki master and mother, Daniela draws on her experience and training to create a welcoming space where clients can feel seen, supported and strengthened. Her doula care accompanies women through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period, with guidance grounded in trust and empathy. Yoga sessions combine gentle movement and mindful breathing, and are tailored to individual needs. Reiki is offered through gentle hands-on touch or distance sessions, with the aim of supporting balance across body, mind and spirit.

The practice also offers ceremonies and rituals, including Mama Blessings, transition rituals, Welcome Baby ceremonies and Closing the Bones rituals. Workshops and retreats provide opportunities for mothers to take time for themselves; Mam(A)uszeit is a half-day retreat designed specifically for mothers. Through attentive care, movement, breath and ritual, Verbindung mit Herz seeks to foster healing, confidence and connection.
