VERCASA

VERCASA is a flexible moving service based in Leiden, serving the city and surrounding areas, with moves to other cities also possible. It offers a practical middle ground between hiring a traditional moving company and handling a move entirely yourself. Customers can choose a medium or XL van and request a driver alone or one or two all-in workers, who can drive, move items, and assist with handyman tasks. VERCASA specializes in small relocations, including moves for students and expats, while larger moves can also be arranged.

Services include van use and driving, help preparing for a move, loading and unloading, packing and unpacking assistance, and furniture assembly or disassembly. The team can also help collect or deliver items, take unwanted belongings to a secondhand shop or disposal location, fix things on walls, and provide simple or deep cleaning and simple painting. Other special requests may be considered. Founded by Loris Casalino, VERCASA says the owner handles the process directly and aims to provide professional, transparent, affordable support.
