About Veridis Defense
Veridis Defense is a Beverly Hills, California-based company developing autonomous drone systems for wildfire detection and suppression. Its integrated approach connects aircraft, fire data and ground control to help responders move from detection to containment through a coordinated fleet commanded by one operator.
The fleet includes Ember, a scout and rescue aircraft that maps fires and can support search-and-rescue; Cinder, a multi-role drone designed to enter structures through doorways, suppress interior fires and address spot fires; and Vulcan, a heavy-suppression aircraft built to lay containment lines and help stop wildfire spread. Watchtower is an optional rooftop fire-radar sensor intended to provide agencies with earlier detection. The aircraft can also operate without it.
AD.OS is Veridis Defense’s ground-control system, providing a shared fire picture, peer-to-peer tasking and airspace monitoring. The platform is designed to use existing sources and integrations, including CAL FIRE incident feeds, ALERTCalifornia cameras, FIRIS perimeters, ADS-B awareness and TAK, with SITREP export.
