Veritas On The Go Solutions is a Florida-based document coordination firm founded by Charlene Gotschall, a commissioned Florida Notary Public. It serves immigration attorneys, paralegals, global mobility teams, and individuals or families preparing to move abroad. The firm helps manage U.S.-origin documents for use overseas, with a focus on reducing errors, delays, and uncertainty in the authentication process.

Services include document audits and preparation planning, notarization when required, state and federal apostille routing, certified translation coordination, and tracked, insured delivery. Documents handled may include FBI background checks, birth and marriage certificates, powers of attorney, and corporate records. Veritas reviews destination-country requirements and routes documents to the appropriate authority, such as a Secretary of State or the U.S. Department of State. Translation is coordinated after authentication when needed.

Charlene personally reviews and tracks each case from intake through delivery, providing clients with guidance and updates throughout the process. The firm positions itself as an outsourced U.S. operations resource for legal and relocation teams, while also assisting people who need authenticated documents for visas or residency applications.
