Verloskundigen Barendrecht

Verloskundigen Barendrecht is a small midwifery practice serving people in Barendrecht, with personal attention at the heart of its care. The team emphasizes familiar faces and says it makes time for clients, offering twice the national average consultation time. Its midwives support families through the different stages of starting and growing a family, from preconception advice and pregnancy care to birth, postnatal support and contraception.

During pregnancy, the practice monitors the health of parent and baby and helps prepare for birth. Its services include medical and elective ultrasounds, as well as continuous, individual support during labour. After the baby arrives, the team provides guidance through the early weeks of parenthood. Clients can also access contraception consultations and participate in Centering Pregnancy, a group-based approach to pregnancy care. Evening appointments are available. The practice invites prospective clients to make contact or arrange an informal introduction. Verloskundigen Barendrecht presents its approach as caring, skilled and responsive, aiming to make clients feel comfortable and well supported throughout this important period.
