OsteoPferd is the equine osteopathy practice of Veronika Hafner, offering mobile treatments for horses in and around Dietramszell/Ascholding, Germany. Its approach is gentle, individual and holistic, considering each horse’s physical condition, temperament and history rather than focusing only on isolated symptoms. Every session begins with a detailed consultation and gait analysis, followed by therapy tailored to the horse’s needs.

Treatments may combine several methods: parietal osteopathy to support joint mobility and muscle relaxation, craniosacral therapy to encourage calm and nervous-system balance, fascial techniques to address connective-tissue adhesions, and visceral osteopathy to support organ function. The practice serves leisure horses, sport horses and seniors, with the aim of improving mobility, performance and quality of life while supporting the body’s self-healing processes. Common reasons for seeking treatment include irregular gait, riding difficulties, stiffness and changes in willingness to perform.

Osteopathy is also presented as a preventive option to help promote long-term equine health. Appointments and enquiries can be made by email or telephone
