VertexONE

VertexONE is a provider of certified legal software tailored to the Portuguese market. The company configures technology around each client’s business, serving law firms and solicitors, judicial administrators, enforcement agents, and auction houses. Its product range includes LawSoft solutions for legal practices, insolvency administration, and enforcement, alongside the VXOne integrated platform, which connects front-office and back-office operations. These tools support case management, deadlines, billing, client communication, and digital services, with solutions adapted to different professional roles and organisation sizes.

For judicial administrators, LawSoft AJ automates the preparation of reports under Article 240 of Portugal’s Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Code, including annual information for creditors and the court, management of assigned income, and tracking of remuneration and expenses. It also connects with CITIUS, using AI-assisted document import, classification and processing, daily case searches, and structured handling of creditor claims. VertexONE’s stated aim is to reduce repetitive manual work, improve process oversight, and help legal teams keep information current.
