Vertongen is a Belgium-based builder of CNC and other woodworking machinery, founded in 1900 and serving woodworking companies worldwide through a network of distributors. The company develops equipment for manufacturing windows, doors and kitchen cabinets, with solutions ranging from manual machines to automated, CNC-controlled production systems. Its product range includes tenoners for slot-and-tenon joinery, profile moulders for feed-through profiling, and complete window lines designed for precise, efficient production at industrial scale.
For kitchen manufacturers, Vertongen offers machinery for producing cabinet-door rails and stiles, as well as systems for shaping, sizing and squaring assembled doors and flat or raised center panels. Its PenPro Compact Kitchen Cell is a CNC-controlled, single-operator solution for making kitchen rails and stiles with millimeter precision. Vertongen says its kitchen equipment can help manufacturers produce a broad range of doors without manually changing tools, using two machines for complete cabinet doors.
