Veselá Joga is a children’s yoga and mindfulness brand based in Bratislava, offering playful, non-competitive activities designed to help children explore movement, emotions and relaxation. Its classes welcome children aged 3–7 and 8–14, combining yoga poses with mindful games, stories, breathing exercises and meditation. The approach is gentle and encouraging, supporting body awareness, emotional expression and self-confidence.
The programme also includes regular yoga sessions at kindergartens, a 10-week mindfulness course for children and teenagers, and Saturday workshops featuring playful meditation, yoga, massage, sound healing and aromatherapy. Children can also experience sound-healing sessions with singing bowls, chimes and a gong. During school holidays, Veselá Joga runs a day camp with yoga, mindfulness, creative activities and nature outings.
The brand’s teaching philosophy draws on training with the Czech Association of Children’s Yoga and Rainbow Kids Yoga. Veselá Joga is associated with OZ Anielka and meets at Centrum Dandala on Brnianska Street in Bratislava. It also shares information and resources about children’s yoga through its website and blog.
