Vesper Beauty PDX is a luxury lash design studio in Portland, Oregon, led by owner and lash artist Lace Tully. A New York native who moved to Portland in 2013, Tully began her beauty career at 17 and later worked for seven years as a makeup artist with MAC Cosmetics. She has been providing lash services for seven years and holds nine lash artist certifications from brands including Borboleta, Lash Box LA, Xtreme Lashes, and others.
The studio offers classic, hybrid, volume, and mega-volume lash extensions, with full sets and fill appointments available. Clients can also book lash lifts and tints, brow lamination, brow tinting, lash removal, and foreign fills for existing extensions applied by another artist. Pricing varies by service and set, with lash extensions ranging from natural to full, dramatic styles.
