– VesterHypnose

VesterHypnose is a hypnotherapy practice in Roskilde, Denmark, run by Simon Vester Christensen. The practice focuses on helping clients stop smoking, using hypnotherapy to address the habits and psychological triggers associated with cigarettes, e-cigarettes and snus. Treatment is individually tailored and typically takes place in a focused two-hour session. Clients first discuss their personal triggers, such as stress, coffee or social situations, before working with automated thought patterns through hypnosis.

Simon combines training as a physicist and social worker with certification as a hypnotherapist and ongoing professional development. His approach is described as pragmatic and analytical, with an emphasis on creating a calm, supportive setting rather than relying on mysticism or long therapy programmes. VesterHypnose also offers an introductory consultation and, subject to specified conditions, free follow-up support for clients who experience a relapse. The practice explains the guarantee’s requirements during treatment; it covers follow-up, not a guaranteed outcome or refund. Located at Østergade 66 in Roskilde, VesterHypnose publishes client testimonials and provides booking and phone contact options.
