Veterinary Eye Institute (VEI) is the premier network of veterinarian-owned and led ophthalmology practices. Established in 2012 by Dr. John Warren, VEI began with humble roots, leasing two exam rooms within the Emergency Animal Clinic of Collin County in Plano, TX.

Due to their commitment to exceptional care and collaborative relationships with referring veterinarians, VEI quickly outgrew their space and expanded to a state-of-the-art facility in 2016. Today, VEI is a multi-location specialty eye clinic that offers comprehensive medical and surgical eye care for dogs, cats, horses, small mammals, and exotic pets. At VEI, their mission is to create a visually clear and comfortable world for pets in a kind, compassionate, and collaborative manner.

They prioritize the well-being of their patients, ensuring lifelong functional vision and aiming for their pain-free existence. Their team values clear communication and respect, building lasting partnerships with referring veterinarians and providing support, empathy, and knowledge to clients facing visual challenges. VEI isn't just a workplace; it's a passionate team with a shared goal of providing exceptional care.

If you're interested in joining their exceptional team and making a difference in pets' lives, VEI offers career opportunities for doctors and caregivers. Explore their digital magazine to discover what makes VEI a great place to build a dream career
