Vet Sustain

Vet Sustain is a Community Interest Company that supports veterinary professionals in driving change towards a more sustainable future. Its work equips members of the veterinary professions with practical tools, guidance and learning opportunities to incorporate sustainability into their work. The organisation offers online courses and training, alongside resources created by veterinary professionals for their peers. These include guidance for greener veterinary practice, an environmental sustainability policy guide, factsheets on sustainable food and farming for farm vets, and information on using the Veterinary Carbon Calculator.

Vet Sustain also fosters collaboration across the veterinary sector and beyond, working with organisations concerned about the wellbeing of people, animals and the shared environment. Its online community gives members a supportive place to connect, ask questions, share ideas and encourage one another. Through its resources, network and educational activities, Vet Sustain aims to help veterinary professionals become leading forces for sustainability. The organisation shares updates, opportunities and resources through its website and mailing list, and welcomes support for its work.
