Voices for Animal Welfare (VFAW) is an international NGO that champions the cause of animal well-being through a multifaceted approach that includes legal advocacy, education, veterinary services, and photography. Founded by Vanessa Vichi after her transformative experiences in South Africa and Tanzania, VFAW addresses critical gaps in legal protections for animals, both domestically and in the wild. The organization connects volunteers, legal experts, and veterinarians globally to drive meaningful change in animal welfare.

VFAW's vision is to cultivate a world free from animal suffering and exploitation. Its key initiatives involve rescuing distressed animals, providing essential veterinary care, raising awareness through campaigns, and constructing shelters. Additionally, VFAW emphasizes community engagement by offering educational programs in schools and workshops to promote humane treatment of animals. With a commitment to compassion, integrity, and sustainable practices, Voices for Animal Welfare empowers communities to nurture a culture of empathy and responsibility towards all living beings. Join them in their mission to ensure a brighter future for animals worldwide.
