VFD BB

The VFD Landesverband Berlin-Brandenburg is the regional branch of the Association of Leisure Riders and Drivers in Germany (VFD). It brings together people who value a harmonious relationship between horse and rider, shared activities with like-minded enthusiasts, and practical knowledge about horses. The association supports riding and driving as accessible leisure pursuits and encourages families to enjoy time together around horses.

Its activities include organized rides, trail riding, seminars, youth camps, and events covering topics such as horse loading, safe communication with horses, and riding skills. Members can access training opportunities through VFD instructors, training centers, and ride and driving guides. The association also provides resources for event organizers, including planning checklists, sample announcements, and expense forms.

VFD Berlin-Brandenburg shares information about local riding routes, equestrian events, and horse-related laws, including guidance on riding rights and horse taxation. It also promotes long-distance riding through information on trail-riding destinations, inns, and certified riding stations.
