About VFEX
Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX) is a subsidiary of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE), established to begin the Offshore Financial Services Centre (OFSC) within the special economic zone in Victoria Falls. Its market regulator is the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe (SECZ). VFEX operates with the United States Dollar as its currency, and its clearing and settlement process follows a T+3 timeline.
The main index for VFEX is the VFEX All Share Index. The exchange offers an automated trading system, providing a convenient mode of trading for investors. VFEX has a diverse Board of Directors, including Caroline Sandura as the Chairman and Non-Executive Director, Bartholomew Mswaka as the Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Director, Benson Gasura and Maureen Svova as Non-Executive Directors, and Justin Bgoni as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.
