VGPG, or Video Game Price Guide, is an online resource for people looking to research the market prices of video games. The site helps users find estimated fair market prices for thousands of retro and modern games, using price information drawn from completed sales and historical data. Visitors can search for games or browse listings by console, with coverage spanning systems from 3DO, Neo Geo, and classic Nintendo and Sega platforms to Xbox and PlayStation consoles, including newer generations.

VGPG’s service is focused on making video game price information accessible in one place for collectors, buyers, sellers, and enthusiasts. The site also provides information about its pricing approach, alongside terms of use and a privacy policy, and offers a Discord link for its community. VGPG notes that pricing data updates are temporarily paused, so existing estimates may not reflect current market values. The figures should therefore be treated as estimates informed by past sales rather than guaranteed or real-time prices.
