VHS Collector

VHSCollector. com is the premier database for researchers and collectors of home video cassettes from the late 1970s through the early 2000s. Founded as a successor to SlasherIndex.

com, our mission is to catalog and preserve the extensive history of physical media for the benefit of enthusiasts worldwide. With a vast archive of distributor catalogs, we provide access to comprehensive information and images for exploring the home video age, from horror classics to instructional videos. Our platform is not intended for selling products or generating profits, but rather to inform and educate about an era that has largely been overlooked.

Supported by Amazon and eBay affiliate programs, as well as donations, our goal is to complete catalogs and ensure that no program is left undocumented. We do not infringe on intellectual property rights and are committed to fair use, making images of video cassettes available for historical reference. Join our growing community to contribute to the preservation of this colorful era in media history!
