Vibe Helene offers pregnancy and postpartum support through childbirth preparation courses and yoga programs in Aarhus, Denmark. Founded by Vibe Helene, a midwife, teacher and yoga instructor, the practice brings together professional experience and a holistic focus on body, mind and soul. Its childbirth preparation courses combine practical physical and mental techniques from psychoprophylaxis with yoga, helping participants prepare for labor while making space to explore the changes of pregnancy.

The yoga programs are designed for people who are pregnant or on parental leave and provide a supportive setting for mindful movement and time for oneself. They feature Nordic Kundalini Yoga, a dynamic and meditative practice involving breathing exercises, physical movement, meditation and mantra.
