Victoria (STS) Labuan Sdn Bhd was established in 2020 as the Ship-to-Ship (“STS”) bunkering operator in Labuan, Malaysia. Victoria STS transhipment hub is capable to accommodate all types of vessels with sizes ranging from 10,000 deadweight ton (DWT) vessels up to Q-Max Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Carriers, Ultra Large Crude Carriers (ULCC) and Rigs. Our multidisciplinary team comprised of diversified professionals with a comprehensive industrial and business background with over 20-years’ experience specializing in LNG, LPG, LEG, Bulk Petroleum, Crude Oil products operations and offshore cargo transhipment. We also have a dedicated pool of certified and accredited marine pilots who have collectively performed over 500 successful STS transfer operations in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
