About Vierthäler
Vierthälermarkt is a vibrant medieval market held in the picturesque town of Bacharach am Rhein, taking place every two years in the scenic parklands near the historical city and the river. Founded in 2006, this enchanting event brings together knights, craftsmen, traveling performers, and entertainers, creating a festive atmosphere for all ages. The next edition of Vierthälermarkt is scheduled for May 22 and 23, 2027, marking a double celebration as it will also commemorate the event’s 20th anniversary and its 10th occurrence since the 2021 cancellation.
