Vietnamese Professionals in Japan (VPJ) is a non-profit organization of young Vietnamese professionals working in Japan. VPJ was set the foundation in 2016 with the first Career Sharing event for Vietnamese. 2 successive well-received events in 2016 and 2017 have proven the growth of the Vietnamese community in Japan and the need for career consultation of the community. The growth is not only in quantity but also in quality. VPJ aims to be the hub for career consultation and connection for people who want to further their career in Japan. Our activities do not limit to Career Sharing event series but also networking sessions, interview training and mentoring. We are growing our team to better serve the community and sustain in long term. VPJ hopes to build relationships with business partners in Japan, Vietnam and other countries to understand the needs of different businesses and provide relevant information and connections to the community.
