VIE Verloskundigen

VIE Verloskundigen is a small midwifery practice providing personal, attentive care throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Its close-knit team aims to offer familiar faces and support day and night, in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Care is tailored to each client’s wishes, needs and circumstances, with time to discuss questions, concerns, strengths and preferences.

The practice offers regular pregnancy check-ups, with additional appointments available when reassurance or closer monitoring is needed. During labour, midwives support clients through contractions and pushing while monitoring the wellbeing of mother and baby. After birth, they work alongside maternity care professionals to guide families through the first week at home.

VIE also provides support and information following miscarriage, as well as keepsake ultrasound appointments. The practice serves families from locations in Meppel, De Wijk and Ruinerwold. Clients can contact the team for information or register for an introductory meeting.
