Vignette Farms

Vignette Farms is a historic wedding venue in rural Attica, Indiana, offering couples a distinctive setting to celebrate their special day. Set on seven acres amid rolling country fields, the property features a reconstructed 110-year-old post-and-beam barn, a restored Italianate home, and multiple garden spaces. The barn combines rustic character with an elegant atmosphere, including a cathedral-like roofline and chandeliers. The historic home has soaring ceilings, separate preparation quarters, and individual entrances for the couple.

The property sits on part of the original Odell farm. Telemachus Odell built the Italianate home in 1880, and local couple Don and Bonnie Opperman restored it during the 1970s. Vignette Farms became steward of the property in 2018 and welcomes couples to begin married life there. Located about 20 minutes from West Lafayette and 60 minutes northwest of Indianapolis, the venue invites prospective clients to schedule a tour. Visitors can also explore photos of the barn, grounds, and home, and watch a time-lapse video of the barn’s reconstruction.
