Vihma.fi is the communications channel for North Savo’s reserve officer and reservist organisations, bringing regional defence community news, activities and practical information together in one place. The site publishes updates on local events, competitions, training and opportunities for members and other interested participants.

Its resources cover shooting activities, including information about range schedules and facilities at Heinijoki and Rissala, competition announcements, registration, results and event support.
