Viktor is an AI employee designed to work inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, helping teams complete tasks across their business tools rather than simply offering suggestions. The service connects to more than 3,200 integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, GitHub, Linear, Google Drive, Notion, Meta Ads, QuickBooks, and Google Analytics. Users can assign work such as preparing reports, reviewing production issues, creating tickets, following up on meetings, auditing ad spend, building tools, and automating workflows.

Viktor can carry tasks from research through execution, share the results, and run recurring jobs on a schedule. The platform says it learns a team’s processes, decisions, and preferences over time. It also includes approval controls for sensitive or irreversible actions, per-person permissions, and channel-based access; Viktor asks before proceeding when approval is needed.

Setup involves adding Viktor to Slack or Teams, connecting tools, and assigning an initial task. The company offers a free start option, demos, product and learning resources, and support. Its site lists CCPA, GDPR, and SOC 2 among its security credentials
