Village For You Doula is a Geelong-based pregnancy, birth and postpartum support service run by Ellie Knox. Guided by the belief that when a baby is born, so too is a mother, the business offers support for families through the transitions surrounding birth and early parenthood. Its services include birth doula support, postpartum doula support and placenta encapsulation.
Families can also hire a birth pool or a TENS machine. The website invites visitors to contact Ellie for pricing or further information, by phone or text, or by email. Village For You Doula also connects with its community through Instagram and Facebook, providing ways for prospective clients and local families to reach out and engage.
The business acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which people live, birth and mother, and pays respect to Elders past and present. Overall, Village For You Doula brings together practical hire options and personal support for pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period in the Geelong area
