About Vimenti
Vimenti por Boys & Girls Clubs de Puerto Rico | San Juan is a brand that aims to provide strong academic and emotional support to Puerto Rican children, families, and communities. Their mission is to transform lives, restore vibrancy to the island, and create a future workforce that contributes to the economic development of Puerto Rico. For over 50 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico has been delivering comprehensive services to youth, becoming the largest youth serving organization on the island.
Vimenti offers safety, support, strong role models, and organized programming in areas such as education, health, life skills, the arts, leadership, and sports & recreation. In addition, Vimenti implements a comprehensive two-generation model that includes a public Charter School. They provide evaluation and action plans for families, deliver health services to students, offer employability and careers programs, and promote workforce development.
Vimenti focuses on three core areas: education, social support, and economic opportunities. By enrolling the whole family and providing case management, emotional intelligence support, and health and wellness complementary services, Vimenti aims to break the cycle of poverty and create economic stability and improvement in low-income communities
