Jsme tradiční rodinné vinařství z Dolních Dunajovic, vinařské obce Mikulovské vinařské podoblasti, s roční produkcí 50-60 tis. láhví vína. Na Mikulovsku leží většina našich vinic. Zaměřujeme se převážně na bílé odrůdy, protože je pro nás důležité, aby vína odrážela charakter místa a vy jste v každé láhvi našli jedinečnost odrůdy a vinice, z které hrozny pochází.

The Baláž Winery, located in Dolní Dunajovice, is a traditional family winery in the Mikulov wine sub-region, with an annual production of 50-60 thousand bottles of wine. Nestled in the Mikulov region, most of our vineyards focus on white grape varieties to capture the essence of the terroir, ensuring every bottle reflects the uniqueness of the grape variety and vineyard origin.
