The Ving Tsun Company (VTC) is a martial arts and personal development organization offering Ving Tsun Kung Fu training for children, teenagers and adults. Since 2004, it has combined practical self-defence instruction with a structured educational approach, aiming to build confidence, responsibility and social skills alongside technical ability. Classes include Ving Tsun Kids for ages 6–11, with a focus on violence prevention, self-assertion and personal growth; Ving Tsun Teens for ages 12–17, where students can develop leadership and take responsibility in teaching activities; and adult training covering self-defence, de-escalation and martial arts.

Lessons incorporate themes such as communication, teamwork and self-reflection, while assessments consider conduct and social competence as well as technique. VTC also offers instructor training, progressing from Kids Instructor to full instructor and teacher, and can provide time-limited workshops for schools, companies and clubs on violence prevention, self-assertion and self-defence.
