Ving Tsun Kung Fu Schule Gütersloh is a martial arts school offering Ving Tsun Kung Fu training and self-defense instruction in Gütersloh. The school presents Ving Tsun as a practical close-combat system focused on effective movement and the ability to respond quickly in challenging situations. Its training does not require special acrobatic skills, making the approach accessible to people interested in developing their abilities through practice.

The school’s training is intended to help students learn coordinated, independent movements while developing concentration and attentiveness. Regular practice also works the body’s muscle groups evenly and is described as supporting wellbeing and health.
