Vintage Flying Experiences

Vintage Flying Experiences offers passengers the chance to take to the skies in historic aircraft with an experienced team. Its flights feature two distinctive aircraft: the open-cockpit DH-82a Tiger Moth, used to train RAAF and RAF pilots during the Second World War, and the ex-RAF Jet Provost T5, a military training jet from the 1960s.

Tiger Moth experiences offer a slow, graceful biplane flight, with passengers feeling the wind while taking in the views. Flights are available for 15 minutes at $199 or 20 minutes at $249. For a faster ride, the Jet Provost can reach around 500 km/h; 15-minute flights cost $1,850 and 20-minute flights cost $2,450. All flights include an extensive safety briefing and the provision of a flight suit and helmet.
