Families can request hourly visits or arrange round-the-clock, live-in support tailored to a senior’s needs and schedule, including daytime, nighttime, and weekend care.

Care partners can provide individual assistance, help with everyday household tasks such as cooking, basic cleaning, laundry, ironing, gardening, and shopping, as well as companionship through conversation, walks, and shared activities. Viola discusses each client’s requirements and preferences before making a match, and a replacement can be arranged if the relationship is not a good fit or a caregiver becomes unavailable.

The stated hourly rate is 290 CZK, with travel included and no extra charge for weekends or public holidays; larger bookings are priced individually.
