Virtual Tai chi

Virtual Tai Chi is an online and in-person training school focused on Tai Chi, Qi Gong, mobility, balance, and strength. Led by a practitioner with more than 40 years of martial arts experience and over 30 years of Tai Chi practice, the school combines accessible instruction with a curriculum informed by clinical and functional medicine experience.

Students can choose among three programs: online learning with two live Zoom classes each week, classes at the school’s studio in St. Augustine, Florida, or a blended online and studio option. The online and combined programs are listed as coming in January 2027, while a current Saturday studio class is available. Training includes weekday, on-demand Qi Gong flows and live interactive classes that focus on movement mechanics, alignment, and personalized instruction. The curriculum also incorporates resistance training to support muscle strength and help address age-related muscle loss. Virtual Tai Chi presents its practice as a way to improve mobility, cultivate calm, and support balance and confidence. Prospective students can access a seven-day free trial.
