One of their impactful programs is the Youth Empowerment for SRHR (YES) program, which advocates for stigma-free, youth-friendly, disability-friendly, and gender-friendly sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services in Nepal. They also have the Youth for Access to Abortion for Youth (YAAY) program, which advocates for stigma-free and youth-friendly safe abortion services.

In addition, Visim works towards promoting comprehensive sex education (CSE) by forming the CSE Advocacy Coalition, which aims to create an enabling political and socio-cultural environment that supports CSE, as well as delivering quality CSE that promotes human rights and gender equality.
