About VISIONS
Boygenius is a talented American supergroup comprised of Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus. Their debut EP released in 2018 took the music scene by storm, and they have continued to captivate audiences with their powerful lyrics and unique sound. Their latest album, "The Record," was released in March, featuring songs that revolve around themes of empowerment and self-assertion.
One such track is "Cool About It," which has now been given the visual treatment in the form of an animated music video. Directed by Lauren Tsai, the video beautifully captures the melancholic and profound essence of the song, expressing emotions that often go unexplained. Tsai, a talented visual artist, took on the challenge of animating the video for the first time and succeeded in creating a captivating visual experience.
