Vitality Through Transition is a virtual wellness practice focused on supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. Founded by Jeanie Stiegler, a nurse practitioner who experienced the transition herself, the practice takes a root-cause approach to hormonal and gut health. Its personalized care considers a client’s history, blood work, lifestyle, and environment, connecting symptoms rather than treating each in isolation. Support is designed to address concerns such as hot flashes, mood changes, fatigue, brain fog, sleep disruption, weight changes, and digestive issues. The practice also works with men experiencing hormonal imbalance.
